About BREATHE™ for Wellness

BREATHE™ is a relaxation technique which combines conscious breathing and guided imagery that, practiced regularly, helps to heal the heart, reduce anxiety, improve coping skills, lower blood pressure, and bolster the immune system. Developed by leading cardiologist Dr. John M. Kennedy, each of the letters in the word BREATHE™ has special significance and represents one of the 7 steps that make up the technique.
